Disability is not often talked about, but it affects more people than you think. Here are some useful statistics to demonstrate why it is so important to become a more inclusive business.

There are around 14 million disabled people in the UK
7.5 million disabled people are of working age
3.7 million of working age are out of work
The disability employment gap has been stuck at around 30 percentage points over the last ten years.
